Pleasant Experience – July 2015
The booking experience was very pleasant and pleasing right from the cabbies who ferried and has scripted praise for the property. I was given only 2 options to choose for the very sacred East Facing and was mentioned that there is no availability of East Facing 30×40 sites and mistakenly exaggerated about they being sold out during the launch itslef.
I booked Plot No 75 in July and later on Artha decided to change the allocation and provide me with Plot No 145 which I was told that it was sold when i booked the earlier. I was ok not bothering to ask any of the things like what changes are coming up in layout against what was mentioned to me.
Neither did I get signed agreement copy for Plot No 75/Plot No 145. But still I have faith in brand Artha that it will not be double booked or my advance payment of around 10.54Lakhs is safely invested in the Gold Mine !!
No So Very Pleasant Experience – March 2016
I am not sure why I believed Artha to be a company which has typical service levels of post sale, may be because of the pleasant experience during the booking and agreement. I don’t want to take names (not that I am scared) but meeting that personnel at your office for a request in cancelling my agreement as there was a serious health emergency in my family that has to be taken care. I was made to feel that you had paid and we don’t listen to you after which I reached out to your sales head and he promised that the plot allocated would be put on sale once all the other vacant plots are sold off (Only then I had realised that there are other East Facing Flats Vacant in the property)
Its been 20 months now since I booked the property and I only ask for my refund leaving it to your top of mind calculations of how much opportunity I would have lost, also not going to mention anything about how I had to manage my finances for family emergency and the cost of finances as fortune is not with me
I seriously acknowledge the legalities of the agreement I signed but dont have, also the agreement is void as it was done for Plot No 75 not 145 as was reallocated
Binding to the legal reason is why I am taking the burden of finance at my end, but now I am in a state of getting cheated as the property cannot go to sale even after one year of my request for cancellation – why should i be even investing in the property
I would please request if you are reading this letter to consider my cancellation and process my refund as early as possible, needless to say I need the money more than Artha needs it…I am pretty sure you will be able to resell the Gold Mine !!
